Becoming a Supplier
To become a Supplier « Partner » (or Strategic Supplier):
A “PARTNER” supplier is a major provider of products and/or strategic services. This status involves the performance of an on-site audit, high standards of continuous quality and long-term monitoring criteria.
Selection process:
- Qualification upon application through a supplier qualification form
- Signature of a confidentiality agreement;
- On-site audit upon application;
- Monitoring using monthly SCORECARDS;
- New audit and meetings throughout the year, if necessary.
To become an « APPROVED » (or non-strategic) supplier:
An ‘APPROVED’ supplier is one that meets our minimum quality criteria without being an official partner. These suppliers may provide us with products and/or non-strategic services and are considered as second suppliers.
Selection process:
- Qualification upon application through a supplier qualification form;
- Signature of a confidentiality agreement;
- Requalification every two years;
- Yearly evaluation;
- On-site audit and meetings throughout the year, if necessary.
To become a supplier of various products and/or services
The “Supplier" of various products and/or services” offers products and services used throughout production areas or inside administrative offices.
Selection process :
- Selection process:Qualification form submitted on line;
- Evaluation and approval of candidacy by the officer in charge of the purchasing category concerned;
- Yearly evaluation;
- Meetings throughout the year, if necessary.
